Staive is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool designed to assist teams with sprint planning, capacity analysis, and Agile workflow insights, including integrations with third-party platforms such as Jira.
Staive provides decision-support tools, not guarantees of performance or outcomes.

- Use Staive only for lawful purposes

- Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service

4. Accounts & Access

5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, source code, algorithms, logos, designs, trademarks, documentation, and AI-generated outputs provided through Staive are the exclusive property of Graphisme Télévisuel Inc.

Staive is a product of Graphisme Télévisuel Inc. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any part of the service is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the service without written permission..
6. Third-Party Services
Staive may integrate with or rely on third-party services (e.g., Atlassian Jira). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of those services.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
If Staive is accessed through the Atlassian Marketplace, the use of Staive is also subject to Atlassian’s Marketplace Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Atlassian’s terms, Atlassian’s terms shall prevail.
7. Limitation of Liability
Staive is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staive shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Decisions made based on insights or recommendations provided by the application
You remain fully responsible for how you use the information provided by Staive. Staive does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
8. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if these Terms are violated or if required for security or legal reasons.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
